Question mark in box
Length: 1 Hour

Using restorative questions is a foundational skill for students who are working with other students experiencing conflict. A pair share activity introduces scholars to daily student conflict situations where they can use restorative questions. A role play demonstration depicts how the questions are asked first with the person who harmed, followed by questions for the person harmed. Important tips are included about resolving the conflict. Students will experience the roles of the student asking questions, the student who caused harmed, and the student harmed as they role play in triads. Time is provided to reflect on role play experiences. Students leave equipped to use their newly acquired skills. Workshop Length: 1 hour.
