This introductory workshop is perfect for those new to the principles and practices of restorative practices. This workshop is from the perspective of the elementary student who describes eight strategies that the teacher uses to create a restorative classroom, such as my teacher is respectful when talking about feelings, my teacher apologies and encourages classmates to apologize if they’ve hurt someone else and my teacher does things with me as opposed to for me or to me.
