Typically, only administrators are trained in implementing complex changes. Moving forward with Restorative Practices implementation will require additional leadership skills in Year 2. There’s another full day of interactive training with relevant application activities for site teams.
Site teams demonstrate their site’s first year progress through a team presentation. They also evaluate their original site plan and create additional goals for Year 2 that lead towards further school-wide implementation.
Consultants schedule any combination of five hours of workshops, consulting, and/or coaching that facilitates the site team’s progress towards implementing Restorative Practices.
