When it comes to Restorative Practices, I haven't been using them for very long, but I have already seen how effective they can be—even in classrooms where I initially thought they would be difficult to implement. Time and time again, Restorative Practices have shown me that the tools they provide can help students, and even team members, feel seen and heard when a relationship or connection has been broken or lost. The ability to rebuild those connections is what makes Restorative Practices so meaningful.
