Using restorative questions is a foundational skill for students who are working with other students experiencing conflict. A pair share activity introduces scholars to daily student conflict situations where they can use restorative questions. A role play demonstration depicts how the questions are asked first with the person who caused harm, followed by questions for the person harmed. Important tips are included about resolving the conflict. Students will experience the role of the student asking questions, the student who caused harm, and the student harmed as they role play in triads. Time is provided to reflect on role play experiences. Students are equipped to use their newly acquired skills. Workshop Length: 1 hour.
